That's a different truck in the 57-60 forum.
This truck with the tag above(on the yellow truck) is for a different truck then the one you decoded in the 57-60 forum. A 1966 I'm pretty sure.
It is owned by a friend and used to be the local fire chief's truck. Likely the color code is Ragoon Red.

F25 = F250
Y = 352 V8
R = San Jose assembly plant
862446 = late 1966 (sorry I do not have my book handy)
Colour = Rangoon Red
Body = light beige if I recall... standard cab
Trans C = 3.03 3 on the tree which seems odd for a 3/4 ton even though you are light
Axle = I do not know due to lack of book right now
GVW = 6000 kinda light and hence the model F253
DSO = northern California off the lot
