Hello people. I purchased a weight safe hitch for my 17SD late last year and was very content with it. Earlier this year I noticed that the scale was no longer reading accurately. It shows a 1500 lbs load with no trailer. Does anyone know how to calibrate the scale and bring it back down to zero? I looked on youtube and google for a bit expecting to find others with a similar issues but came up short. if you can help me out I would really appreciate it.

Weigh Safe is pretty good at the customer service thing. I had a problem with mine and they shipped out a replacement part, no questions asked.
