Battery Charger
Has anyone seen a. Battery charger like this ? I have scoured the internet and can not find another one like it or anyone who has one like this .
I just. Picked it up. Over the weekend ... its really cool automotive memorabilia.
I'm just outside Philadelphia Pa and. Philadelphia had a car maker from 1921 to 1923 Ansley H. FOX he also made really. Nice shotguns.
Can't find any. Info on this charger.

A little googling got me this page for Fox Supermatic battery chargers.There was another forum that mentioned that the brand was made in Philly.
First row and a few more are oldies. Fox Supermatic was the key to finding things. ALL Anlsey Fox searches go to shotgun related places.

That Supermatic looks like a good 'un.
Depending on the age, chargers often used a selenium rectifier, an early solid state diode. Televisions also used them for a time. When they went bad, you knew it! Stink up the whole house.
