I got a battery tender on mine; but recently, my voltage drops from 12.4 to 11.6 as soon as I turn the key on even with new Motorcraft 850 cca batteries. So, I’m looking at a Noco to replace my maintainer.

Another one in the on board maintainer crowd -
Amazon Amazon

When the truck is parked at the house, it's plugged in.

I've got the NOCO Genius GENM1 on mine. The unit fits perfectly in the little slot by the driver side battery. I have the pigtail ran down next to my block heater. Whenever its parked, the batteries are plugged in. Worked great all winter.

This is always connected to my 6.0 truck, and 2 other vehicles. Sometimes the 4th connector gets used. Before I bought this Noco, I used a Battery Minder connected to the truck, all the time.

Anyone running a two bank setup on their truck? Have an extra from the boat that I had though about installing in the truck with a disconnect on the passenger side ground to remove it from the loop when charging. Would wire it into the block heater shore power connector I put on a few years back.

I’ve been running a dual bank on my camp trailer for over two years now without any isolation and plugged in all winter without any problems. I ordered a dual for my truck and will install when received.

Think I'll install this one as well and try it with out isolating the batteries.
