With so many features in these trucks, I seem to stumble across some by accident. I thought I'd pass along that if you hold down the + or - buttons to adjust the cruise control speed a little longer than normal, it will increase or decrease your speed in 5mph increments. I sometimes use my adaptive cruise control on a local bypass with speed limits of 45, 50 and 55mph, and I really like having this ability, not to mention that it would seem to put less wear on those buttons over time.
Glad people found this useful. Of course, with adaptive cruise, I could just set it at the highest speed, but I don't want to be 10mph over the speed limit when there are no cars in front of me either! With the various navigation systems and apps out there, it's only a matter of time before adaptive cruise has a "speed limit" setting whereby you tell the truck to simply drive the speed limit wherever you are.

Tesla Autopilot has this. Default is 5 MPH over posted speed limit.
Tried it today on my ‘18 F350 and it didn’t work. Single press got a 1 mph increase or decrease. Long press just made the numbers go faster. Maybe it’s a feature of the ‘19 or maybe the adaptive cruise control, which I don’t have. Oh well!
I could see it being an adaptive cruise setting only. Otherwise, you could increase your speed by 20mph in a hurry, even with a car directly in front of you. It could also be a Forscan setting, but I'm only guessing as I don't have any Forscan experience yet.

Yes, hold it down for 5 mph + or -, and TAP it to get 2.5 mph + or -!
