Water seeping through intake stud???HELP

Water seeping through intake stud???HELP
Just got my 460 running again and when timing it noticed some water seeping out of front drivers side stud. The engine is out of a 76 Lincoln has original intake stud etc. I figure the studs are in a coolant passage? and just need some sealant put on the threads but want to make sure. When I took the engine apart some of the studs did come loose from the heads. Any advice appreciated. Thanks
