Do you have to pay that regardless of how much rain you get..? or more if it pours..?

Rick, are they "taxing" it because of the storm sewers being connected somehow to the sewage treatment plant or just being money grabbers?

That is correct John. People are moving out of Peoria right and left but there are no buyers, lots of homes for sale.

So the more it rains the more you pay. I can't believe it's even happening with all the people carrying guns, I'd be very afraid to be a politician in that state...
