Would a 10' (could be 8' or 12') script flatbed frame (no floor) with the original steel stakes be of any value, or the stakes themselves? I haven't pulled it out of the blackberries yet. Sorry, no pics, but it's pretty crusty & rusty.
The 134" W.B. trucks have a 9' bed. If it is rebuildable, it would definitely be worth saving. The stakes are especially hard to find. Since it has metal stakes, it would either be a 9' or 12' bed for an F4-F6. The F2-F3 script beds had wood stakes.

I couldn't get close enough for pics because I didn't have my machete with me. Going to be about a week before I can get back there and drag it out. Thanks for the interests.
That is a sharp truck period. It does have new door weather strips. If someone is trying to "fool" anyone, they went to a helluva lot of trouble.

Bob, since this old thread was brought up, did you get the flatbed?

No, Abe, I didn't. It was just buried too deep in the blackberries and the ground turned into a swamp with all the rain. Apologies for not updating. From the looks of the Eaton 1350 we yarded out of there (housing unusable from extreme pitting, but the drums and differential were good), I don't think it would be salvageable.
