Misfire Recommendations?
Can you hear the misfire? All new ignition, thought the manifold was cracked but its not. Can bad rings cause miss?! Truck has 10psi in #8 and 40psi in #7 all others avg 90-95psi so engine is worn.
could this be a head or cam issue?
Flowtech header no exhaust on drivers side only.

Yes. Bad rings can cause low compression. Which would cause a miss. But yours sounds to me like burned valves/seats. Do a dry and a wet compression test. Dry all the way around the engine then wet all the way around. Record the number for both tests. If the low compression is caused by the rings then the oil you squirt in to each cylinder (one at a time) will temporarily seal them. Wet test will show higher compression. If the wet test does not show higher numbers, then the problem is in the heads.
