76 f150 360 compression test
Good news and bad news.
Drivers side front to back was
120
120
125
125
Passenger front to back
125
0
90
75
These are all dry test numbers. After getting zero compression in that cylinder I didn't want to do a wet test.
I am guessing it is stuck valves but looking for other opinions as well. Also I'm not sure what to think about the low compression two cylinders.

I didn't have any oil sitting around to use but I will do that soon. I was also running out of time. I was automatically guessing worn rings but burned valve would make sense. The exhaust manifold leaks at the gasket toward the rear of the manifold so that could be very possible.

This is definetely on the to do list. Need to replace the gaskets anyways. Time has just been a big factor lately and since the truck is a project it is towards the low end of the priorities list. Hopefully tomorrow I can take a peak inside. If I'm really lucky I can do my intake gasket and exhaust gaskets tomorrow as well.

Found my problem
The cylinder walls are fine from eye ball inspection
Does this piston need to be replaced?
Obviously some head work lies in my future...
Dunno what happened here... Possibly head gasket failing?
The other head had a newer fel pro head gasket on it and was in very good condition. This head gasket looked like possibly factory
