Well...maybe i was thinking of "drop" circles!?

I did see part of the program and what I saw was two old men that admitted making the circles, dating back to the '70's. It would be nice to see real evidence of a UFO doing this or whatever they think does it.

It kinda reminds me of the Bigfoot scare we had in the '70-'80 time period. Everyone saw "him" but no one ever had hard evidence. Either their camera was messed up at the time or the video was so blurred/shaky that you couldn't tell if it was Bigfoot or a big Angus Bull.

bubba...on this show they made a rather large and complicated design. it took them several hours ( i think it was from like 2- 4 am) one night....one design...several people -- it happened. the started off marking the outside boudaries and then when to work.. they had a time lapsed video on it and it went very quickly... no aliens here...just a bunch of people looking for a ?good? time.

I agree with Jimmy Dean. I once saw a pasture that a guy had mowed the exact portrait of the United States into. It was totally real. I'll find the site it was on for ya later. I don't have time right now.

yup i also have a picture somewhere where a farmer wanting to make a statement after finding out that his land was going to be taken from him without choice to build a new penetentery (prison) so he took his forage harvester and cut a design in large letters saying (no prison here ever), in his case it cost him money but he got to keep his land to make money in the future, when it comes to these crop circle nerds i admit they make it look very cinvincing, but depending on what time of the year they do it, id be angry because sometimes the crops wont grow back.

" O.k, lot of comments here and opinions so far, thats good. Now am going to present another side of looking at this prankster ruling. Take this as a mind teaser, and not as me saying "its them aliens again" O.K. ? I like to look at things with a big ole wide scope... As I watched the show on crop circles, I noticed as the scientist's were speaking of the circles, they would never, ever, say " These could not have been done by humans". Even they know better than to go out on that big limb. They just showed the massive designs, how they were "perfect in unison, shape, and from the aerial veiws they showed , they were indeed. Now, I worked construction for 20 some years, building homes, commercial buildings and so on. I was there , on the sometimes as much as 100 acre site , when at that time it would was be just rolling, grassy fields. The first people in for the start up of the development was the site/ civil engineers. They would take weeks, with laser sighted transits, and all sorts of engineering paraphanelia, with hundreds of stakes, to get all the roadways, sidewalks, and building lots layed out. If you ever fly over a subdivision, look down at how symmetrical the roads, houses are layed out. A site engineer(s) drew the plans after doing site and lay of the land survey, and then many engineers , worked together on a master plan ,to get the site to work for a subdivision, so it, with the streets, easements and all, would hold the developers requested number of lot sizes. Now, when the civil engineers stood there on the site, while it was all just grass , with this huge set of site developing blueprints, in their hand, I wonder if they thought they could just use ropes, cut the same length, peg it for a radius, then go a half mile over the hill and do a circle 4 times as large , with huge out cropping spears, with poloygons, hexagons, pentagons, and all kinds of gons - gons, and and at that, keep them all perfectly symmetrical, parallel, same dimension for each odd shape. AND, at that , do it without a transit, massive floodlights, without being seen, and all in one night. AND, if the site had WHEAT, instead of grass, they would also , need to do, while they are walking the (grass or wheat) down with a board ( I watched that show too, it makes sense on a small design, but it is far fetched for it to work on some of these designs I saw two nights ago on t.v.) would need to take that same board and "swirl" the wheat to where the sprouts were intertwined. Now THAT would be some fancy board stompin, guys, all imho lets have fun with this one,
