Lariot question

Does the Lariot package include mirrors that fold in via a touch of a button?

I have a 2018 F-250 Lariat Ultimate. It has power fold and powerscope mirrors. Yes, the mirrors fold in with the touch of a button.

Is is part of the Lariot package or does it require the Ultimate option?

Yes and you don't need the ultimate package.
