What doesn't match? It appears to be the same, but the 4th digit isn't too clear on the Warranty Plate.
It might be an H = 390 2V .. If it is, FoMoCo made the mistake, because all the other digits are the same.
F15MKB50422.
F15 = F150 2WD Pickup.
M = 390 4V
K = Kansas City MO Assembly Plant.
B50422 = 1976.

If it were me ...
I would put a MELLING HV pump in it and go from there. If the pump is defective, this will correct it. If tolerances are loose, it will prolong the agony until you decide what you want to do.
If the lifters are rattling, the engine is trying to tell you something.
