After 240,000 miles I have finally worn out the seat upholstery in my '90 F-150. I know I can probably get a decent replacement made by an auto upholsterer, but what I would really like is to find an original cover kit. Anyone have any idea where to look?? They are no longer available through Ford and Green sales doesn't have them. Ideas???
The part #s I need are:
E9TZ 1564416-DTJ
E9TZ 1262900-DTJ
This is the Lariat seat with fold-down armrest, charcoal color.
Thanks

LMC sells recoving kits for 73-79 ,,, and 80-86 bench seats,, maybe you could make one of these work ... I think there like,,,190 ,, and they come with extra cushion material to repair the seat,,, hope this helps
Dynamic,
Thanks- but I'm afraid one of those will not work. The seat in my truck is a high-back bench with a fold-down armrest. It's difficult enough even finding a slip cover to fit them (Got one- but it's worn out too). Thanks for the idea anyway. I'm open to pretty much any and all suggestions.

Why not replace the whole seat? I believe anything up to 96 will bolt right in. From prices I've seen for recovering, especially a seat like yours, it may be cheaper to replace. Check out some salvage yards. Also, there is a dealer on ebay that always has a bunch of new seats for auction.
I've been looking for a nice factory-cloth cover for the Cloth Flight Bench in my 93 truck for years. I have a western blanket cover for the one in 89. You'll probably have to have a custom made cover. It might be cheaper to have your's recovered. I'm guessing that just the clear left side is worn where the cloth is no more? They can fix just portions of the seat pretty cheap and it looks better than when new.
