that does nothing to answer his question. all the springs have the same static height. wire diam is the diference. smaller wire spring sqaushes down more ...
PART of your statement is correct.
My 16 F350 WITH H/D svc frt coil springs sets DEAD LEVEL which is 1.5” higher in front than Standard Coil Springs.
So YES it has Increased ride height : as it plainly states on the dealers computer when you order that option.
16 ? dont they use diferent rear blocks and such. anyways we are in the 17+ section. i havent seen any of these trucks near level, no matter which 3 front springs are used.
So, are there blocks in the rear that can be removed ( or replaced with the correct size ) to bring it down to level with the front? -or-
Since the F350 already comes with a rear sway bar, will ordering one with ONLY the snow plow package provide a level truck ( I am guessing that the camper package affects the rear springs) ??

Blocks can be changed. Mine has 4in block and I do have the camper package with rear sway bar.
I run F450 7500lb front coils and I dont have a plow. Gave me a firmer ride and the same lift as the previous 1 1/2 keveling coils I was running. These ride really decent considering they are 7500 lb springs.
I don’t run a snow plow either, I am going for level ( and on the high side as I liked those old ‘hi boys’ from the 70s)...my 2004 F350 crew cab had the snow plow package and sat high and level, I am going for the same effect in 2019.

On these 17+ trucks you almost need a 4" front lift to level. Even with my 1.5 up front I still have a few inches of rake. Keep in mind these trucks get squirly when lifting the front. I have been fighting caster issues for a while now.
Snow plow prep probably cheapest way to get a more leveled look. I had it on my '19 F350 before I reverse leveled with Kelderman stock ride air suspension kit. Not a low expense option though but very awesome all around.
