CNC HPOP Lines

Well, got them installed and here they are. Anyone knows this install isn't a big deal, but I figured some might want to see. I talked to Corey on the phone at length before I did this to ask about the Loctite use since I didn't have any on hand. Let me just say that removing the older fittings was butt-puckering. A tiny bit of thread came off the HPOP itself and those fitting were ON THERE. I know they were torqued to spec because I just resealed it this past Spring when installed it. I will not be using Loctite anymore. The O-Rings do their job. I have no leaks and install was smooth. I also took out the check valves when I did the pump fittings. CNC is doing some good stuff and has great customer service. I am glad to see them in the industry.

Shiny!!

haha..reminds me of the joke in elementary of how you keep "someone" in suspense..
I second the loctite even though the white 680 seems less aggresive. When installing an AN fitting for hpop purposes, it was mo more than a #5orb with a cap. No loctite, glue magic shell etc applied. Still, 8yrs later, no leaky...

that frx looks overkill from the 1st gen..wow! Also, whats the FP signal ur using brutha? Mines a HUGE sensor transmitter thing..

Timayyyyyyyy....'sup dude? It's a sensor on the back of the fuel bowl in one of the ports. I removed a torx bolt and the sensor goes there. It's a Glowshifts thing. And yeah, that Frx is the RiffRaff one. I may change over to Corey's stuff a little later. Those lines don't route like I would prefer them to.

Annnnnnnnd here she is....maiden voyage on her way home from Illinois....long *** drive. Toyhauler extrordonaire. Now I can play with the cool kids....somn like that.

Byron, it looks rather large, you have a weight? Did you sell your bumper pull? Did you put new tires on the 5er before leaving Illinois?

Rig is doing great. It's heavier than the TT we sold, but Ike is up to the task. EGTs at 1150 WOT, boost at 22, and pulling well. I needairbags or overload springs stat though! Pin weight is 1300....yikes!!

Yeah, maybe upgrade to the newer style FP gauge. I had to do that with their Oil Pressure gauge. They finally updated it like the newer style FP one.

Hey John, yeah it's 12,500 dry. Its heavy, but tows nice. Tires are Goodyear LR "G"....good tires. I have two spares, so I should be good. These tires are only about a year old. One owner coach by a guy who was a metal worker and. Harley guy. He was more **** than me if you can believe that LOL. SOLD the bumper pull for full asking and bought this one for 2/3 of the price we sold for. We were REALLY blessed. It's the model we wanted for 5 years now. I found 4 in the country. The first 3 we're sold the day I called, but this one was sitting there and was nicer than the ones I had looked at. It's 10 years old, but it's modern and updated like the one we just got rid of. This thing is dope!!!!

I installed Air Lift 5000 bags with the wireless compressor to tow our 12K lbs 5th wheel. They were a great addition to the truck and keep it level even when I fill the bed full of firewood to restock our supply.

Your setup looks great!

Skip the cross over its not needed. Pull the check valve disks in the hpop fittings when you put the cncfab lines on!
