Can you install the CBC fab lines without removing the fuel bowl? Are you still happy with the CnC style lines over the factory style? I have a fitting leaking at the hpop and figured it's time to change out lines while in the valley.

Yes and definitely yes! If I got another SD, it would be one of my first upgrades.

Love these lines. I've got two trucks that do nothing but tow running these lines and they have been rock solid.

Cant tell you if you can install them with the bowl as I had the bowl out both times. Sorry

Yes but you my find it less aggravating to remove the fuel bowl first. Do you have aftermarket intake plenums? Those may get in the way of installing the 90 deg ORB to AN/JIC adapter at the head. Stock intake plenums do not present an obstruction.

I talked to Corey on the phone at length before I did this to ask about the Loctite use since I didn't have any on hand. Let me just say that removing the older fittings was butt-puckering. A tiny bit of thread came off the HPOP itself and those fitting were ON THERE. I know they were torqued to spec because I just resealed it this past Spring when installed it. I will not be using Loctite anymore. The O-Rings do their job. I have no leaks and install was smooth. I also took out the check valves when I did the pump fittings. CNC is doing some good stuff and has great customer service. I am glad to see them in the industry.

Shiny!!

how do you like the lines so far. They seem like really good lines. I’m in the process of replacing my old hpop with a Cnc one and was debating to get these lines or just wait. I don’t know to much about hpop lines do these provide any extra power or noticible difference versus oem?

What brand and model is that 5th wheel? It sure doesn't look like it would weigh 12,500 lbs dry, are you sure that isn't the GVWR of the trailer?

That's a big load for a SRW truck, airbags or heavy duty springs in the rear would be a good idea.
