Help with power seat.

I have a 2009 F 150 Lariat with the power seat. The problem is the Drivers seat won't move in any direction. Also my adjustable pedals don't work. I hear clicking from the relay under the drivers seat when I try to move the seat and when I try to adjust the pedals, but no movement in either of them.
Anyone else have this problem?
I'd appreciate any advice.
