Front seat disassembly

I am swapping out my drivers seat for a power drivers seat and do not know how the seat is removed from the seat track. Can any one help me out. Thanks for any help

Won't you need to replace the track for the power seat one?

I have a new seat with a power track attached to it. I need to reomove the seat from the track to attach my seat to it.
