Generally speaking, in the long run land is worth more than the improvements on them so million dollar ranch with the 100k home.

I grew up in that house. Just had to put a new roof on it with my Mom's passing last year.
Weird, right, when you think about it? But back in the day (50's and 60's) it was not uncommon.

Neither. Target is just stupid weird and the Walmarts by me all appear to be the set for www.peopleofwalmart.com (but I do get my distilled water for rad flushes there)
