You need the horn pad that includes the Speed Control switch, you do not have to change the steering wheel.

Yeah I'm leery of what to actually buy now. I'm glad the horn pad comes off by itself - I may remove it this weekend and just see if I can see something wrong with the switches themselves.

I'll take pictures of what I have.
