Power running boards
Looking for input on AMP Research boards vs Bestop brand and should I go with the "plug n play".... I thought I saw a post on this subject some time back but cant locate it now that Im ready to pull the trigger.

yep, GO AMP, I had them installed as after market, slim look, actually drop lower than factory, wife likes that, there are quality, I did a lot of research..good luck

And, should something fail (like an actuator motor) you can buy just the motor from AMP whereas Ford doesn't allow you to buy individual parts. They only sell the entire running board assembly with motor and idler arm.
