89 302 convert to roller
Where can I buy closest to stock roller lifters for this engine?I have been reading How to build and modify ford 5 liter fuel injected engines, and the author says the stock mustang ho cam or a mid 80's t-bird cam works well, but with the speed density set-up you need enough manifold pressure to idle correctly so shouldnt go any wilder on cams.Is there an aftermarket company that makes a reasonably priced application?Do you need to pull the heads for the conversion?Will the stock pushrods work?(E-150)What is a reasonable hp and torque gain for a mild cam with the only other change being opened up exhaust?
