Had my passenger side mirror cam go fuzzy. Took it in and dealer had to wait for Ford to tell them what to do. It was replaced. Works fine now, just waiting on the others to get foggy.
I did end up taking mine in this January, they replaced the front, rear and the behind the rearview mirror cameras. The side cameras were on order. Front and back is a night and day difference, it might look better than new. Service guy said they thought water got in the front, back and sides somehow. Mirror cam replaced as a precaution.
Taking it back in Tuesday to get the sides replaced, parts are in.
I had the front camera on my 2017 replaced and that took care of the fuzziness and then the 360 degree view was not clear a few months later which they replaced the rear camera. On the 360 degree view, the rear was clear and the other cameras was fuzzy. They determined that the video processing unit needed to be replaced and had one on order but I traded my 2017 F-250 in on a 2019 F-450 before the new unit came in.
Are the cameras on the 360 system the same part? Anyone have a part # so we can see what they cost online? If they are so delicate that they frequently get damaged or otherwise wear out / break - curious what it'd cost to stash a few extras away for when the warranty is up.
Yes, all of the 360 cameras are the same camera. I don't have a part number, but I looked them up before. They're around $100.
My front camera has done this too. I feel like it's bleached out. I back my truck up to the garage door and the sun blazes on the front of my truck all day and that's what I was thinking the cause was.
I just bought a 2017 F250 and the rear camera, regardless of weather and time of day, looks like huge glare from the sun. I have not been able to use it. I wiped it off and nothing improved. My other cameras work great (fronts and 5th wheel).
My rear was replaced for this reason under warranty. Too 30 min while I waited.
Where did you find them for $100? I can't seem to find them for less than $240

Same issue here. All 4 360 cameras are foggy and basically unusable. The only camera that works well is the one in the third brakelight. Anyone know of a better replacement camera instead of spending $240 x4?
Anyone ever confirm the correct part numbers of the cameras that have been replaced? I am trying to get mine replaced under warranty but they keep telling my it's on national back order.
Currently my 2017 Platinum with 360 camera has Hc3t-19g490-DF installed (blurry/hazy) of course.

But I show its replacement is Discontinued.
It probably comes up as discontinued because there is a recall that will include an updated camera....which as far as I know, is still not available. The recall now states that parts are available
I had all my cameras replaced six months ago. They all had the white ring of death around them. They were all replaced under warranty. The new camera's are very clear and the image quality is very crisp.
I found that exact site and part number, what surprises me is they claim that part is for the front and mirrors as well. That doesn't make sense though as the camera angle will be off depending on the install location.

Any chance you would be willing to pull the 4 screws out and check your rear camera part number for us? Maybe you can call the dealer and ask them if that's faster?
