2018 Ford F-350 with Readylift 2.5” level kit. 22x9.5 fuel wheels +20 offset and 35x12.5x22 Toyo at2’s
front wheels stick out past fender about 1.5” or so and rear wheels sit flush to fenders. Why is the front so much off from the back? Hard to tell from the pics but the only ones I had right now
Odd that both front tires would stick out. When lifting the front end the axle should shift towards the driver's side. You need a drop bracket or adjustable track bar to center the axle.

Reason: spelling
Yes make sure your front axle is centered (or mostly)using track bar bracket. Also I'm pretty sure the front axle is 1 -1 1/2 inches wider than the rear axle.
This is normal. Front axle is wider on these trucks. It's very noticeable once you put larger/wider tires & wheels on. You can see it in almost all of the pictures of Alumiduty's with aftermarket wheels/tires wth offset that pushes them flush or just outside of the wheel wells. I think it looks a little goofy but you can't do anything about it (short of wheel spacers in the back) and I got used to it after a while.
