rear axle modification

any rec's on wher we can geta f450 axle narrowed and different wheels and tires, to line up with front tire track,converting to single rear wheel, modification to new 2004 F450 ,165 wheelbase

need to keep 15000 gvwr.. i think we may be able to do it with special wheels and tire,where can i get special wheels?
