Picture would help, especially for an old truck

generally, if it seems uncommon, it is probably for something aftermarket and you would have to trace the wires

Ejector seat button. Its usually an option with Ranger style bucket seats. The button apperates the passenger seat ejection system. Cool option for some trucks. BE CAREFULLLL With it.

Windshield washers became standard equipment in 1967, factory option or dealer installed accessory beforehand.

2C-11500-A .. Windshield Washer Switch (Motorcraft SW-287) / Obsolete

1965 F100/250; 1966 F100/250 with single speed wipers; 1966 F100/250 with two speed wipers before serial number 760,001.

This switch was originally used as the starter button on 1952/55 trucks.

Fritz, that might actually work even better on the Viking T-Bar seats since they are already spring loaded. Well, the drivers seat was but you could get the same seat installed on the passengers side as well. I'll have to give that a shot.
