Door Sticker
I believe Marti will make new stickers...not sure what the cost is though.
2FT - Ford Motor Company of Canada (Country where the truck was manufactured)
E - GVWR rating Class E (6,001-7000 lbs)
F14 - F150 Regular cab 4x4
Y - 4.9L / 300ci 6 cylinder
3 - Check digit for FoMoCo use
E - 1984
C - Ontario Truck Plant in Canada
A00763 - Sequential serial number
Now, the blurry door jamb tag is a different story...
We know that below the WB reads 117" (Since your truck is a Flareside, this is known)
Below "Type-GVW" looks like it probably reads F141 (Others may correct me here) F150, 4x4, 117" WB with 6100 lb GVWR
I'm thinking that below "Body" it reads GH3 - The "G" for Heavy duty Vinyl bench seat, the "H" for desert tan trim color, and the "3" for Flareside bed
Below trans looks like it reads "A" which would be - Manual - 4spd New Process (Granny low first gear, right?)
Below Axle looks like it has an "18", which would be 3.08 Open differentials (If it is "H8" that would indicate limited slip rear diff)
Below "Tape" looks to be blank?....Does this truck have any trim or pin stripes, etc?
Below "Spring" looks like C L, which indicates the front and rear spring part numbers.
The DSO looks like "13", but there's no 13 in the list in my FSM. Maybe 23 for Memphis? Any idea on the history of this truck or where it came from?
Other than that...just the basics. 235/75R15XL tires on 15x5.5 wheels...
Number Dummy may be able to refine this a little. I'm going with some assumptions here...

I believe black is 1C (and yours looks like it has a C there).
Pin stripes would be desert tan in color (Somebody can correct me here)
Interior is tan colored, correct?
Truck looks good and remarkably unmolested...really hard to find them in original-ish condition like that, especially the 4x4 trucks. Looks like everything is there, even the factory licence plate bracket, and rear bumper, etc. Rust in the usual spots...typical for the northeast.
1984 will have factory hydraulic clutch, which is nice in case you ever decide to swap in a later model 5spd trans.
