N-Series Vin Help!
Hi guys I'm new to the site and I recently bought two N series trucks.
A 1965 N600 and I think a 1966 N700.
I would like to decode the Vins to find out which engine is in each of them and other info but cannot find anything online .
heard through the grapevine there's a guy with the handle numberdummy on here that may be able to help me out??
First truck: N60AU663571
Second truck: N70EU807323

Welcome to FTE! If you post a picture or the information of the warrantee plates usually found on the drivers door or door pillar number dummy or TA455HO can decipher most of the information for you about your truck

A = 330 2V Medium Duty FT engine.
U = Louisville KY Assembly Plant.
663571 = 1965.

N70 = N700 (gas).
E = 361 2V FT engine.
U = Louisville KY Assembly Plant.
807323 = 1966.
For additional info, post pics of the Warranty Plates, riveted to the left door face below the latch.
