It looks to me like the 3rd brake light itself doesn't have the integrated ambers, but there is a bracket that mounts in between the truck and the 3rd brake light that contains the ambers. See picture of kit below: Name: photo175.jpg

You could do the same so much cheaper with aftermarket. That is a ridiculous amount of money for strobes. You could deck out that whole truck with strobes for that money.
