Will not start

I have a 04 excursion 6.0 I just changed out the fuel filters ,oil and filter plus air filter I do this every 6k . It’s started to run rough for at least a week and now i go to start it it just spins over I rechecked to make sure it was getting fuel and it is I just don’t know what to do now

Might want to try the 6.0 forum. More specific over there. Here you have gas, 7.3 and 6.0 diesel.

Air filter every 6 k is a bit overboard. Did you check the top fuel filter to make sure it’s getting full? Bubble test? Do you have blue spring mod? Do you have any codes? What are your FICM voltages?

Thank you for the help but after more extensive searching I found the issue my security relay to the engine kill switch was bad . Fix it and back up and running Thanks again.
