E350 cam cover replacement.

E350 cam cover replacement.
Gentlemen,
Working on my dads 2003 E350. Turns out the noise in the top end of the engine was the PCV baffle detached from the inside of the cam cover. Well we got it out and are trying to find a replacement.
My question is would a truck or expedition cam cover work as we are having difficulty finding a direct replacement for an E350.
I did not want to cross post so if a moderator feels this belongs over in the Van section please move it.
