2019 F250 Issues

2019 F250 Issues
Recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-250 Limited. Got it home and found that the pre- collision does not work, passenger side door sensor doesn’t work, running lights in passenger side mirror doesn’t work. New parts in and will be getting these items replaced next Tuesday. However, the information center on the instrument cluster will not remember it’s last settings/view. It always reverts back to the Tow/Haul screen. Anyone have this issue and know how to fix it? Never had that problem in my 2015 F150.

it probably still is set to an active trailer. Go and change it to "No Trailer". And in the future, unplug the trailer with the truck running and see if that gets it to recognize the disconnect. For some reason, they have an issue realizing the trailer got disconnected when not running.
