To get a better handling truck has been an up uphill battle.
No trouble with the pickup, the panel was the first time I ever built a vehicle from the frame up. I made a big mistake doing a frame swap thinking I was saving money. But I couldn't stop once I had so much into it. It runs good and rode good but the geometry was put all out of wack when I put the narrowed control arms on. I should have left the suspension alone and widened the front fenders...

I was happy with the ride and the way this new cross member handled and now the height issue should be solved no help from Scott's Hot Rods and Customs. His solution was to put longer coil-overs and jack them up. Said it would give a stiffer ride but get it up higher. He wouldn't listen to me about how I didn't want a stiffer ride and another problem of wearing out my tires, the reason I bought the cross member in the first place...
