Engine Labels ?

The EPA Certification label that is mounted on the passenger side valve cover is definitely still available. The laws in some states require the presence of this Certification label during inspections, and the engine manufacture is required to make replacements available. In the recent past, I have ordered a new engine label for a 1994 7.3L, as well as a mid-90's era International DT466. There is a special department at Navistar that handles requests for Ford designated engines.
The production / manufacturing bar code and part number labels on the driver's side valve cover, however, are not available.
