Cab swap
#2
Closet most of us have done is the 73-79 series swaps which should be similar. Back cab mounting hole would be your starting point typically the build out from there.
Things to be aware of which I found when I did my 64 to 75 frame swap as an example.
Frame was 4" longer at the front and you have to cut frame horns of and modify to fit bumper, but no biggie.
You need to remove the front cab mounts from the 64 frame(60 in your case) and make them flat where they mount to the top of the frame, which meant cutting a little pie shape out. No biggie again.
The box sat a bit high at the back and I had to raise the bed floor up 2" which is fine as the floor was rotten anyway.
I had to cut 4" off the back of the frame as well.
Not sure if any of this helps you but this is what I have from experience on my 64 to 75 which gained me power steering, power front disk brakes, and twin I beam suspension over the straight axle and drums, and strong arm steering for $900.00
My $.02
