400 shift point

I recently replaced weak valve springs on my Crane roller cam. Thinking about how much rpm I should see. Anyone with a hotrodded 400 tell me their shift points?

Pollished and balanced rods and crank
ARP bolts
9.8:1 forged pistons
port matched performer
bowl port and port matched heads with stainless valves and stellite inserts.
Headers
D6AL
C6/Gear venders.
4:11 trac lock

Just looking for some comparisons and what is considered safe.

Well, the OEM crank is, as a general rule, good to 6000 rpm, so probably 5000-5500 would be a reasonable target for me. maybe right to 6000 in a straightline pull on the flats.
