Delete & Tuning Issue

Delete & Tuning Issue
I just bought a DPF-R 4.0 delete kit for the 6.4L and a Bully Dog Tuner. The DPF-R says it is stackable and recommends applying the DPF-R before applying any chips or programmers. So, we applied the DPF-R with no issues, but when we apply the Bully Dog Tune, it backs out the program (which is the DPF) and applies the tune thinking the DPF/EGR/CAT is still there. Naturally, the truck won't start. Had to re-apply the DPF-R which has a basic tune to keep from throwing codes after the delete. Has anyone used the DPF-R and Bully Dog Tuner together and if so how did you get past the issue? If you have used a different Tuner with the DPF-R delete kit, which Tuner did you use? I was wondering if it would make a difference if we applied the Bully Dog tune first and then the DPF-R. I thought the DPF-R only deleted the codes after all the crap was removed.
Hope this has an easy fix.

I thought I would give you guys an update. I contacted GearBox Z tech support and they said the Bully Dog flashes its own program onto the truck's computer and wipes out the DPF-R 4.0 deletes. They said there Electron Tuner with the Tacheyon and Plus tunes would work with the DPF-R 4.0 deletes. They gave me credit for the DPF-R 4.0 and I just had to pay the difference for the Tuner, Tunes, and DPF-R 4.0 that comes with the kit. The diesel shop will buy the Bully Dog back from me and re-sale it. Everything is supposed to arrive on Thursday and not a moment too soon. I'm supposed to head out on Friday towing a 16,000 lbs Fifth Wheel. I will let you know how it turns out after I get the new tuner and tunes installed. If this works, GearBox Z has new loyal customer. Their customer service was great!
