steering wheel vibration

Steering wheel vibration at around 40 mph, no vibration between 50-60 mph. At 60 mph + slight vibration and a low hum (sounds like running large mud tires)
Replaced front right wheel bearing was loose, and rotated tires (didn't balance yet) didn't solve. Greased all front end fittings - improved on hwy but didn't solve. When I let go of wheel it pulls to the left. Could this problem be in this order: Tire(s) out of balance, alignment, ujoint/carrier bearing, ball joints, torque converter, steering stabilizer, rear diff, ipr, transmission?

vibration is only on wheel, not on floor, or pedal

Rich went threw that and replaced about every thing under his truck. Forget what it was. But each thing you mentioned should be looked at.
