Repainted the underside
While I was waiting for the JB weld to dry on the heater lines, I decided to sand down the surface rust and give a repaint. Admittedly i could have cleaned a bit better, but by the time I was done, it looked great. 3 sheets of sand paper, a screwdriver, and 3 rattle cans.I was considering doing this job with my paint sprayer, but able to hold those cans basically upside down is infinitely useful when spraying the underside. i wish i'd have gotten more before pictures to show a real comparrison, but it came out so well. Also the first part i went back and re-scraped and repainted.
In total I spent 8 hours under the truck today on the creeper. When i finally surfaced my wife said i looked rather scary.
