so had this truck for a few months scraped up some money to do a restoration.

nice truck good to see another one is getting restored instead of junked looks like you got a nice garage to work in. what are your plans with the truck a factory resto or are you going to change paint colors and everything

Thanks, yes as much as possible. haven't really decided on color yet what do you guys think? here is the progress for day 1.

Can you tell me about your wheels and tires?The rims look really deep.And Keep us posted with losts of pics.I will be doing the same to mine when i get home and would like to use your thread as pictorial intructions.LOL

not sure about rims and tires i will take more pictures up close of them and see what the exact sizes are.

ok the wheels are 15 inch 10 inch wide and the size of tire it p255/70r15. took 2 stock wheels and welded them together to make them wide.

ok, took tailgate off



then off came the bed.



cleaned things up and got cab ready to take off.



taking cab off.



got it loaded up.



ready for taking the motor out but thats for another day.
