Windshield wiper issue
Ok so I purchased some vintage windshield wiper and the do not touch all of the glass. Just some parts here and there. Have the springs in the arms just worn out and will not put enough pressure on the wipers to make them work properly?

77 F100 dent side.

Like most hinges, you can try a drop of oil on the pivot points.
