FSS speed
I have had an issue with my fan clutch for about a month now. Using my scan gauge II I have been getting 0 RPM's. But the fan would come on and times when the engine is 130f or at normal temps 190f and still show 0 RPM's.
Other times it would not come on at all, I don't tow anything and have never seen it get over 198f, even in this heat. No tunes all stock except ARP studs,
Last night I had my fan clutch changed by a trusted Ford mechanic. Now when I first started the truck I got a high RPM of around 700 - 800 RPM's. Did not drive it because I was not able to pick it this evening. Just checking to see if I may have another issue.
Has anyone got any advice to ....... if........ am I seeing paranoid. Ill pick it up tomorrow and take a test drive.
Just talk tome and convince me of ..... its OK or I should be looking for another issue with it.
