Attempt at simulated EOTZ-7A535-A
Here is everything else installed
what about the frame side?? I have a problem with the frame side of the linkage. I ordered all the bushings etc from LMC but the parts for the frame side they sent are just dups of the block side. That won't work for that side. There is a ball type piece that takes a different type of bushing, clip etc.
Any idea of the Ford p/n's of those parts and/or a place to buy them?? I can get access to some machinery to make them but it's a 150 mile round trip & I'd have to drive the truck or trailer it so I can test fit everything I make. Hurricane on it's Way to my area & it'll be a mess down here for awhile.
Thanks for any info.

I was going to machine a new ball part and then make the bushing out of Delrin (maybe). But as long as I'm maching, I could make the ball part out of stainless, clean up the hole some and put in a sealed bearing.
I don't know if I have any bearings the right size but I do have an assortment of high speed sealed bearings. Used them when I was repairing CNC routers (~10k - 18k+ RPM) those should hold up.
I hope you don't mind me stealing your idea??

I have copies of that drawing and it's the same as what LMC has on their website, only with their own p/n's. Instead of the partial Ford numbers.

Can you post up apictureor2of what you have maybe we can come up with a fix.
What year, model, motor & trany does the truck have.
Now that plastic bushing. If you look at them they are not flat across the face they are curved.
Motor side pivot.

It is made that way because the motor moves around and if flat would put more stress on the cross shaft and the 2 pivots, motor & frame.
