Stalling and p0720 code please help

Stalling and p0720 code please help
Hello all,
After coming home from a 2 week trip to Montana I noticed my 2000 f350 7.3 was stalling at stop lights, this didn't happen every time but maybe 1 out of 3 stops and sometimes it wouldn't even stall it would just dip a couple of times. At first I thought it had to do with the AC being on but since I have had it happen with the AC off. Another thing that is happening and only appears to happen when I get the stalling state is that when I stop and put the truck in park the RPM's rev to about 2000 or so for about a second or two and go back to normal.
I ran the codes and what I get is my normal p0672, p0674, p0676, p0678, p0683 which is my glow plugs and relay, I live in Vegas which is always hot so I haven't fixed those yet but the newer code I am getting is p0720 and p1249.
