Tranny selection trouble. HELP!
O.K. searching for a tranny/t-case combo to do the 2wd. to 4wd. conversion on my 95 F-150 2wd with Mazda 5spd. I found a guy who wants to trade me a SR4 OD? I have never heard of this tranny in relation to fords. He says it's made by muncie. He says he has hydraulic bell housings and rod style housings for the tranny. First will this tranny work in my truck (300I6)? It has a 208 t-case with it. Will a slave cylinder for this tranny hook up to my existing resevoire for the Mazda 5spd thats in my truck now? Should I go with the rod set up or will it be possible to even hook it up in my truck? I was going to trade him a good running 302 with some goodies on it? I need Some Major help with this one guys as I am eager as hell to perform this. Please help!!!!! Danny
