Looking for a wiring diagram for the drivers side door 2017 F-250 Lariat if possible, or how I would find one. Trying to find out what modules are in the door.

You can get the diagrams from ford, buy a 3 day pass and download everything you can, that is the cheapest way to get them. i think this is the diagram your looking for. There are multiple versions of the door and body harness so some wiring may be missing in one or the other.

 

I'm not sure how to find the part number for C 501 B Power Door Module, or is that the number...I think this is my problem.

c501a and c501b are the conectors what you are looking for is the driver door module the call out for it is 14B533 , you can search ford parts gaint with that call out and it will bring up all the differnt versions of the door modules. if l you change the driver door module with one that has more feature you also need to change the passanger door module.

Thanks for all you help, I was getting ready to order the door module and take the door apart, but for some reason it started working again. Maybe for some reason it reset itself !!

What all functions the door module controls?
I replaced my front driver door due to accident (used f150 door same color)
I put the original harness and module back in.
I can open all rear windows from the main switch.
I got no power on the front door , power locks don’t work, radio and ac light up but they do not work.
any idea?

 

Had similar issues. Found a broken communication wire in harness on frame behind left front tire.

 

Does that C526 door ajar switch a ground switch?

 

Yes, it's a usually a little plunger that mounts in the bottom of the latch housing.
