Hi all - my auto telescoping steering wheel and seat memory functions are completely non-functional. Now the damn steering wheel is as close to the dash as possible and won't move back toward me; it won't move up or down either. Finally, I checked the "comfort entry" button (or whatever it's called - the function that moves the seat and steering wheel back to memory position when you start the truck) and it's inaccessible as well so the memory positions don't work. Anyone else come across this? Trying to avoid the dealer if possible

I would disconnect and reconnect batteries to see if it's a logic glitch of some kind . I doubt there is a fuse just for that function , is everything else working normally ? Wouldn't hurt to check fuses . Hopefully you won't have a dealer visit in the near future .
I'll be damned - that worked! Thanks for the help guys. Everything else worked fine and didn't throw any codes, it was just the power telescoping wheel and memory functions. Anyway, all good now, thanks again
Mine did it once and but "fixed" itself a couple of starts later. Once everything (seat, steering wheel, pedals) got back to where I wanted them, I turned the assisted entry function off.
