05 Expy air suspension line diagram

Does anybody have a diagram onhow the air lines are routed? Also a pinout of the front solenoid connectors?
I believe I have two problems, the compressor runs but seems to have very low pressure coming out of the dryer with the long disconnect .
I was able to hold an air gun nozzle from shop air to the line that connects to the dryer, but only the rear inflated. I was not able to inflate the front bags, I'm assuming there is a T fitting that feeds the front bags? Both height sensors are connected .

Thanks

Here is a generic diagram of the air suspension line layout:

All of the air solenoids use the black wire as the ground reference. Each solenoid is activated by the air suspension module.

If they are getting voltage from the module, perhaps they are missing the ground reference?

Excellent, thanks for the diagrams.
IIRC,on the 1st Gen expy, there was a separate solenoid to vent the air . Does the solenoid on the 2nd Gen fill and vent?

The vent solenoid is located on the compressor head. It is energized to vent the system to atmosphere when commanded by the air suspension module.

Hate to bother you again, but do you happen to have the diagrams for all the air suspension components(rear solenoids, compressor, module, module location)?

I'm trying to isolate each spring to check for leaks,I figure the best way without the scan tool is to apply 12v to each solenoid from the module harness. Assuming it is not buried inside the dash. Now the compressor is not kicking on so I also want to make sure it's getting power .

Thanks again.

The Air Suspension module is located under the dash near the A-pillar. The two connectors for it are C2324A and C2324B.

Pin-out for C2324A

Pin-out for C2342B

Ok. I seemed to have narrowed my issue down. Some reason the old air compressor, which seemingly was replaced before( had suncore lable on bottom) would run but not put out enough pressure to inflate the bags.

Replaced the old one with a used OEM unit and had 3 corners inflated. The driver side, which did not inflate had a broken height sensor.

I installed another sensor that I had laying around that came off the passenger side of another vehicle but no luck.

Are the height sensors directional? ( I.e. Left,Right,Rear) Or did I happen to have a bad sensor?

I assume Ford wouldn't spend the extra money not having universal height sensors, but I've been wrong before.

I "think" the plain sensors themselves are the same, it's how they are mounted with the respective hardware that denotes left or right. Could be wrong, but looking at some photos it looks like a plausible theory.
