I just finished installing 4.56 in mine as well. I currently have 33" tires but will be putting 35's on next week. You're right though, huge improvement over the 3.73s. Truck doesn't lug any more.
I have a 5 star tune waiting for me. I havent flashed it in yet. I havent updated anything on the truck since the gear install so it shifts a bit crazy. But i think it will be in its sweet spot with 4.56 and 35s.

Just what i posted in the mpg thread. Still loving the combo of 4.56 and 35's. I think that gear ratio would be too deep for 33's unless you tow a lot and never go much over 60 mph. The 35s fit the truck perfect and just barely rub on the sway bar at full lock, just barely. Overall very happy with the setup. Now looking at bigger fuel tank options....
